Performance Plastics, LLC was founded in 2005 by John Entenza and Jerid Krueger.  Their business was built on the knowledge of injection molding that they gained from decades of working within various facets of the plastics industry.  Sensing an opportunity within the industry, they joined forces and started Performance Plastics.  In 2006 they acquired the assets of Classic Design & Engineering and Apex Plastics Corporation.  Their business grew from a single press operating out of a garage to eight presses operating on two shifts in over 10,000 sq ft of manufacturing space. 

 

In 2014 they partnered with Amery Technical Products (AmTec) and installed two additional presses in AmTec's facility next door to Performance Plastics. 

 

In the fall of 2019, AmTec acquired the assets of Performance Plastics and renamed the business Performance Molding.

AmTec has over 34 years of experience as a contract manufacturer for 3M and is an expert in tape conversion, printing and prototyping processes.

Today, Performance Molding is focused on growing it's business while still maintaining the level of customer support that our customers have become accustomed to receiving from Performance Plastics.
